Refund & Cancellation Policy

At pads27, we aim to provide timely and reliable towing services across India. We understand that plans may change, and we're committed to handling cancellations and refunds in a fair and transparent manner.
1. Service Cancellation
- Before Dispatch: If you cancel the service before a vehicle has been dispatched, no charges will apply.
- After Dispatch: If a towing vehicle has already been dispatched and you choose to cancel, a cancellation fee may be applicable to cover fuel, time, and manpower costs.
2. Refund Eligibility
- Refunds are only applicable if a payment was made in advance and the service was not provided due to a fault or delay on our part.
- If service is partially completed, refunds will be issued at the discretion of management after review.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by:
- Traffic congestion or road blockages
- Incorrect address or location provided by the customer
- Service denial due to safety risks or inaccessible terrain
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us via email at support@pads27.site within 48 hours of the incident. Include your name, contact number, date of service, and reason for the refund request.
5. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method (e.g., UPI, card, or bank transfer).
